This was our first and probably last cruise for a while.
Embarkation
1 out of 5
Embarkation was delayed 9 hours due to heavy fog in Tampa. While we understand that the fog was beyond the control of the cruise line, the actual embarkation process was a mess. We ended up queueing for 3 hours (10 p.m. -1 a.m.) and didn't board the ship until 1:30 a.m. The process could and should have been handled differently.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
The food in all restaurants across the ship tasted exactly the same. It was tasty, but by the end of the week boring.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
The pools were very small, and very very full. The entertainment was good.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Johnny Cardinale and Greg Gleason were brilliant! But the ship's shows were mediocre.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
The staff was largely friendly.
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
The ship was very clean and well maintained; however, I was disappointed by the amenities.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The Cabin was the best part of the trip. We had a balcony room, and enjoyed spending time outside.
Ship tip
The ship is smaller than expected. Would recommend sailing during off peak times.
