Review summary

Good value cruise. As I said above...it appears staffing has been cut on the Pearl as we were not waited on as much as in the past. Service in the restaurants seemed lacking a bit at times.

This was our fourth NCL cruise and the reduction in service staff was apparent. I seem to remember reading in the past year the new CEO was making reductions in some staff positions and if this was the case, it was noticeable to me. We all to frequently had to go to the bar to get a drink vs. being asking a few times per hour if we wanted to order something.

Road infrastructure is very poor and over capacity with all of the container commercial road traffic. This caused extensive delays going to and returning from land package.
