Would maybe go 2.5 if able because for the most part they were just ok. They seemed over worked and intentionally trying to avoid contact with cruisers so not to add more work load to their day

Again a 2.5 if able. Wish I had a picture of the towel they used to make an animal out of, looked like someone wiped themselves after using the restroom. Also in the dining room the table cloth duplicated the towel from our room (HOW DID THE STAFF NOT NOTICE THIS BEFORE SEATING US THERE !) I could go on but I assume by now you get the point.
Cabin / Stateroom

Very small, layout with 3 in room was horrendous, air conditioning basically was just pushing air, broken USB port on one side of bed made for a dangerous situation since had to use USB on counter which made for a serious trip hazard throughout the cruise. Beds were certainly not the worst I have encountered but not what they should be with the prices that NCL is charging.
Ship tip
DO NOT, not even once, EAT IN THE BUFFET !! Most of the food is NOT HOT and EXTREMELY STALE !!
Thanks for the review. Being an NCL customer with an upcoming cruise, it would have been helpful to me if you had detailed or at least given an example or two of the nickel and diming you experienced.
Your review is not the first to complain about the extra expenses on NCL and probably won’t be the last. I’m sorry this cruise wasn’t the best experience for you. Hopefully your future cruises will be more enjoyable.
