Review summary

Overall a nice quick cruise but not long enough to enjoy Bermuda. They want you to spend more time on the ship to spend more money. :)

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Even though they said they didn't start loading until 12, when we got there at 11, there was already a HUGE crowd and they started loading. So we waited about 45 to load even though we had an "appointment" time

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Main and buffet were nice but now we know that the really good food is in Specialty Dining which you have to pay extra for. I liked that we could eat anytime we wanted.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Didn't even use the pool because of the weather

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Footloose and the Caberet were the best part. We missed Elements the last night because they cancelled due to weather.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
We didn't ask much of our steward but what we did request was not done. But all the wait staff was nice.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
I really like the center of the ship being all the activities and the outside was left for sitting. The WATERFRONT was the best part of the ship. Observation Deck was my second best area.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Bed was very hard. Asked for a topper but never received it. There should be plugs by the bed for CPAP machines and not just USB ports. We had to ask for a LONG extension cord so it would reach. Customer service only has small ones so you have to get it from elsewhere.

Ship tip

Find a great place to watch the cruise leave NY which means you have to walk around the ship some as soon as you embark. Too many people on the top deck.

Ports of call

New York, New York

Not there long enough. Free Tender to St George was nice.

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

Good for quick shopping and some history.. We enjoyed our ride out to the Bermuda Triangle at night (10pm) but would do the sunset cruise instead to see more.

Disembarkation

Over 40 minutes to get off the ship. Be prepared to wind through a llooonnngg line to get off.
