Review summary

NCL coming to be so cheap they are short on staff to save money . Everting was dirty . Food is bad , leftovers doors to serve. With unlimited bars WI-FI Starbucks we paid on front still hidden charges and tax you have to pay !?

Clean up thee room once a day ! From 8 to 5 !!! Rooms and carpet smells bad . Short staff they have no time to do good cleaning. Staff were not smiling or friendly. Most of them rode and looks tired

All bathrooms are horrible so dirty If you not in your room and you want to use any bathroom. You have to check every floor till you find one you or your kids can use

We had to wait tow hours in the heat to get back to the ship , we wasted three hours to get back to our ship. They not organizing and short staff

How is it then that so many others on your cruise had a completely wonderful time, with none of the complaints you have...in fact, completely opposite.
