Review summary

I’ve crushed w/NCL many times and this cruise by far was my least favorable. This cruise was not worth what I paid.

Embarkation

Some pier staff were nice, a majority were irritable and seemed annoyed

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The speacialty restaurants were great of course. The nugget was ok. Seemed like they were serving a lot of the same thing every day. We were never hungry though.

Onboard Activities

Pool was great, when you could find space to get in. There were waaaay too many people on this cruise. If you wanted to get in the pool or one of the jacuzzi’s, you had to wake up around 5am and get there early or bypass the island and go while a majority of passengers were exploring Bermuda.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
My room steward was perhaps the best part of this trip. Eric was amazing. He was kind, patient, and attentive. For the most part, all other staff were great however, I felt many staff were overwhelmed even disorganized at times due to the mass number of passengers. I felt rushed during dinner and couldn’t get strait answers regarding events from some of the crew. This resulted in my family missing the feature shows.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
There was a serious stench of sewage permeating my floor! Additionally my room shower flooded with each shower. I reported the shower issue w/out resolve. Despite taking quick showers and turning off the water while we bathed, the bathroom floor accumulated a substantial amount of water after a short period of time. My 5 y/o was afraid to shower at all and we had to utilize our towels to absorb the water.

Cabin / Stateroom

2 out of 5
The room was clean but small! Especially for a family of 4 who couldn’t really participate in too many onboard activities d/t ship overcrowding. We couldn’t wait to get off this ship!

Ship tip

Cruise during off season? Or just fly to your destination and stay at an all inclusive resort.

Customs took forever to clear us. Staff weren’t clear about where to line up to get off. The whole process was a little disorganized.
