If the charges were not legitimate you can dispute them with your credit card company.

Sorry that should have said you have to provide a card when you check in, not when you settle your bill. We were allowed to settle some of our bill with cash won in the casino.

I just can’t see all staff on any ship being rude, sorry. Not sure if this was your first cruise, but you have to provide a card to settle your bill with so just using cash isn’t an option.

The joy is a great ship. I was feeling sympathetic for troubles until you came out with the claim that MDR had the same food every night. We are know the menu changes every evening.

Sometimes we create a situation where our expectations are higher than the reality. It didn't seem like a bad cruise but you got annoyed and it ruined it for you. Sorry your trip wasn't as good as it could have been. Thanks for the review
