Review summary

We loved this cruise and had great time. We haven't cruised since the start of covid and it's seem there are many cut backs on the ship especially in diningrooms and shopping but wouldn't deter us from booking NCL again

Food and Dining

Food in MDR subpar compared to other cruises. Not much of a selection and alot of repeat items. Service was very slow wonder if was because of 3800 passengers higher than other weeks

Onboard Activities

There was always a lot of things to do. We did race track was alot of fun. The Local was fun place to hang out. We wanted to watch Steeler game and World Series but all they had were 2 small TV's behind the bar which got blocked buy people crowding around to watch. Wish they would place more TV's on side walls. Many passengers were frustrated by this.

Entertainment

Footloose was canceled due to performer was injured during practice. Seas were very ruff for 3 days. But all the singers were great. Wide variety of genre's from country, pop and 70's music.

Not enough bar service staff at pool area and other areas.

No complaints room steward was great. No towel animals for whole week but we didn't mind have seen a lot of towel animals on other cruises

Book all entertainment and activities on first day.

Disembarkation

Was given wrong info by employee of where to go to disembark. Stated to employee we were not self assist he stated you get in line there. He was wrong got down to area to retrieve luggage was berated by another employee that i was not supposed to be there. And had to wait till all fork lifts were thru until I could retrieve luggage.
