I am ready to go again already. We’d never taken a northern or chilly weather cruise before. We’ve always gone on warm climate cruises. We acclimated very well to the cooler temperatures and enjoyed it immensely.

Food was too bland for my taste but service was fantastic and dishes served were lovely. Meals in the main dining rooms and Chin Chin especially took way too long. Chin Chin twice had a thirty minute wait for a table and then an additional thirty minute plus for our meal. We never received part of our order but after waiting so long we did not want to even mention it. We just wanted to eat and leave.

Meet and mingle with fellow travelers. Some of the best friends are made this way.
Great city. We took a Yukon Railway excursion which included a delicious lunch of barbecue chicken and DONUTS! Great day spent on the train and tour bus. I must have taken 100 photos.
My favorite port. Ketchikan is so quaint and lovely to walk around in. We went on a boat ride / tour bus excursion and enjoyed an all-you-can-eat dungeness crabfest — delicious and truly all we could eat.
