This is not the Alaskan cruise you are looking for.

Food and Dining

Not much difference between MDR offerings. Service was lack luster. We had several instances with servers becoming confused as to who was serving our table. Once we saw a server drop a utensil in a busy aisle, he noticed it, but kept walking. Four more servers walked past until one picked it up.
Food was OK, but not great.
Cagney’s was a bright spot and the best meal of the cruise. Tepaniyaki was fun and the food good. Le Bistro was also good but not great. Chin Chin was not worth a repeat. O’Sheahan’s ranged from OK to “what the hell is this” when they brought Irish stew.
Many items on the buffet were only warm and some seemed to be left over from the previous day.
Onboard Activities

Loved the onboard National Park Service programs during the glacier viewing. Pools were small but due to temperature, not crowded. Hot tubs were pretty crowded most of the time. We had no issue with finding loungers.
Entertainment

The show band in Bliss was exceptional. The comic was ok and best at his Q&A session.
However, the “shows” were awful, loud, and crass. A step below Las Vegas shows. We left when the 350 disco dancer in a mankini came on stage. Little redeeming value and no real understandable story to the show. Singers and dancers were talented, but IMHO, wasted.

Ship Quality

The ship was clean but I found it hard to get from point A to point B. Seemed like I was always finding a deck dead end and have to go up or down and return to the deck to continue. Liked the bridge viewing area.

Ship tip
Take the Bliss instead. I wouldn’t do another Alaskan cruise on the ship. There’s just better ship doing the same itinerary for the same price.
We were supposed to do the White Pass Rail at Skagway, but we docked at Haines due to a fuel leak at the dock in Skagway. We ended up with a river jet boat tour there that was fantastic! Do this if you can!
Mendenhall glacier was exceptional. We did the Mt Roberts tramway and hoped hike at the top and to walk downtown Juneau, but lunch took two hours. The cafe there lost our order twice. :(
