Review summary
Embarkation was easy and friendly staff.
Food in regular dining was below par from other cruise lines. O'sheehans was good pub food.
Cagneys steak house was pretty good, but for 30 additional dollars it should be.
Cruise staff was excellent with one exception.
There was a problem that was poorly addressed by the front desk staff for the length of the cruise. Sounds system in the Atrium vibrates the floors of our 2 rooms in 9103 and 9105. Was impossible to sleep first night. There was only 2 nights when they turned down the sound low enough for us to sleep. We had to complain every other night. There was noone in the Atrium midnight all week to benefit from the video with the sound that played on a loop. I know because I was down there almost every night to complain. They "sent" chocolate covered strawberries as an apology which was never followed through on as well.
Cruise director and his staff were excellent.
Ports were good with the exception of Roatan being pretty sketchy for shopping past the taxi area. Belize and Cozumel were good.
The inability to correct a problem that impacted almost every night of the cruise is enough for me to not recommend this cruise line to anyone.

Ship tip
Cagneys Steak house was good. Avoid 9th floor mid ship cabins. Noise was intolerable from sound system below; specifically 9103 and 9105
Ports of call
