Review summary

It was very difficult to get an answer from the crew on the ship. We had no soap in our room or our childrens room the entire cruise even though we asked for some repeatedly. When my son got separated from us while trying to get off the boat and go onto the island the crew would not page him, and he was told that we were on the island already when in reality we were running around the ship looking for him.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

The food was nothing great.

Entertainment

There really wasn't much for kids to do on the ship. Everything they had you had to wait on a long line.

Children's Programs

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

Because there is an automatic 12 dollar gratuity added on per person per day i think that the workers just don't try as hard to accommodated.

Cabin / Stateroom

Maybe in the penthouse sweet you would not need to ask for soap repeatedly so if you are staying in one things should go well. But 15,000 just sounds like alot.

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

Just a ride to Disney per person was around 100 dollars, absolute rip off.

Nassau, Bahamas

Beautiful.

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas

Overcrowded island and not worth it.

Pros: Leaving the ship to go onto the islands

Cons: My son being let off the ship without his key card or parents

Recommends Norwegian Jewel? No.
