Really enjoyed this cruise and most all of the ports. I liked that there wasn't a lot of shopping or referrals to jewelry stores at each port. I enjoyed the activities and had a lot of fun. The room was fine, the food was very good.
Embarkation

It was very good. We did pay for priority boarding though
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
We ate at Cagney's and La Cucina for specialty restaurants and they were both great. Food was delicious. The main dining rooms were good, really hit or miss. It was frustrating that you had to make reservations to eat there or wait a bit during crowded times, which didn't feel very "freestyle." The buffet was good. Always found something to eat. I wish they would put diet sodas in the main cafeteria/buffet. We had the soda package but really only got soda during lunch and dinner.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
We had fun at Bingo, Pictionary, Trivia and Name that Tune. The newlywed game was hysterical. It seemed like the crew was learning how to play the games at the same time we were. I really enjoyed the yoga classes and wished they offered more. Had fun at the Poolside fitness and broadway dance class. We also used the thermal spa daily, but it was small space available for both genders but the steam rooms and saunas were separated by gender.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Great service from the staff. Room was clean as were the common areas and spa. The staff was incredibly helpful and always available for questions.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Common areas were well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
The cabin was normal size for a cruise ship. The bathroom felt small. We had some issues with the phone and bathroom (toilet and shower not draining right) but they were immediately fixed. I don't understand why they don't have TV shows. We saw the same ones over and over, and they were random (Like season 5 episode 13).
Ship tip
Bring a covered drink cup (like Yeti) to fill up and stay hydrated during the trip.
Beautiful excursion to Peggy's Cove. Get the lobster rolls from the blue house across the street. Yummy. The tour we took was a little wonky. It was the 10 best things of halifax and we stopped at four but drove by a few.
Odd. We got colors but everyone was downstairs and lines were long. It seemed like we were delayed, so we called our ride to come later. It was a little confusing, honestly.
