Review summary

First time traveller on Norwegian Cruise Line... if all their ships are run so efficiently, have such friendly, attentive staff, offer a wide variety of activities and excellent dining choices and have such great entertainment, then NCL is my new favorite cruise line to sail with!  The Jade is 10yrs old, but due to the excellent maintenance of its staff, it looks like it's been recently refurbished.  We had a transatlantic/repositioning itinerary with only 3 stops in 16 days, and never got "cabin fever"... there's too much to do!  Highly recommend NCL to anyone looking for a great cruise experience!

The room attendents were very accommodating to our schedule... LOVE the towel animals in our room each night. Cabins were kept clean, linens were crisp and fresh, great-smelling shampoos and lotions and fresh ice in our ice bucket every day... couldn't ask for more!

Ship tip

Bring a yellow highlighter with you on your trip, mark the activities you want to do each day and keep your daily activity schedule on you at all times!
