Sorry you had a bad experience. Your spelling sure does need some work. Perhaps it had to do with the fact you were on a repositioning cruise - as I understand it, not many shore excursions on Atlantic crossings. It is more for the experience.

Cabins are cleaned once a day. The cabin attendants have a load of work to do. Just request morning. Put the sign on service as it shows you want a clean up.
