Review summary

Complementary dining was OK, nothing great. Cagneys Steakhouse was very good, went twice, service was awesome and food was very good, not great. Tapenyakki was OK, nothing great, left there hungry and not that excited. Ocean Blue was OK, nothing to write home about, service was awesome. Sunset bar was a great disappointment. It was the closest bar to our room and service was not very friendly. Went there three times and then gave up. We had passes to the vibe and that was disappointing also. We're offered "snacks" one time. One time they came to us and offered to get us a drink. Bar closes at 7:00? What is the deal with that! Service in all the upscale restaurants was impeccable, room steward was impeccable also. It was our 10 year anniversary and the package fell off the wall.

Waiters were awesome. Room steward was awesome. Staff at guest services not so good, rushed and not the friendliest. Didn't fix concerns.

Cabin was clean. Work was being done on balcony and was unusable 4 of the days. Very disappointing. Very loud hammering and chipping. Gelcose fumes were overpowering.
