Review summary

The service was slow. I waited more than 10 mins regularly at any bar. They were clearly understaffed! The restaurants were overcrowded and slow. All of the excursions were booked. Terrible experience!

10 minute wait for drinks? I wouldn't bat an eyelash over that. I've waited longer than that at local bars.

There were so many college students yes you had to wait but all the bar tender were working there butts off I think they did a great job

Cruising during spring break is never a good idea. Pretty much everywhere in the world is understaffed now, including Cruise Lines.

Unfortunately the world in understaffed. I’ve waited longer than 10 minutes at home for a drink from a bar. It’s so hard to find enough staff for anything. I’m sorry it made your vacation to have so many negatives. I can’t see how the ports were so bad, they don’t have anything to do with the ship. I live Great stirrup cay

Viking is an entirely different kind of cruising. With so little detail, other than being understaffed, this review is hard to take into consideration
