They say freestyle dining but you can not get into the places that do not allow reservations if you are not willing to wait several hours min. The other places if you don't have a reservation forget about it.

The rock climbing wall, zip line, mini golf and tennis courts have been removed from boat. The ropes course was only open 2 times both had more kids than capacity sign allowed and kids trampoline each other. They would close off the areas for wind or cleaning for most of the day and open it for 2 hours at a time but try fitting 2000 kids into 2 hours.

Most every show had to be bought on board and was sold out by the time we got on-board the others were so full you could not get a seat they had lines through the entire boat constantly.

only aloud 70 kids one time a day from entire ship of 2000 kids. There were actively 1400 people trying to get into those spots for their kids and no one understood process fist 48 hours so lots of disappointment for kids and crying. We waited for 45in for nothing after being told just come wait in line for your spot 2 hours earlier. Also internet is required for app to register the kids swim academy
Service and Staff

staff was nice and over worked but too tired it seemed to do the fun animal towel pets in room or provide help when needed for extra things. We normally tip above and it did not matter here people looked tired

too cramped as far as layout the pools were always over filled and there were just tons of lawn chairs. There was not enough wipe down if surfaces lots of people got sick after cruise

Try another Cruise line they even over charged everyone's credit cards nightly. Personally we are waiting on 1200 to be returned from them
You don’t need internet plan to use the app. Lots of people get sick when they’re packed together. They constantly wipe things down, but most respiratory illnesses are transmitted from person to person in the air.
I can’t believe the amount of reviews that say the staff are overworked, then complain there are no towel animals. Maybe it’s just me that can live without towel animals while I’m getting my room cleaned, towels changed and everything else those overworked staff are having to do.
Multiple holds on bank cards are common in the travel industry. They will be removed by bank when the charges come through.
Very important not to use debit cards since the delayed holds tie up available funds.
There are people who prepay and use cash accounts to avoid the extended holds.
