Review summary

Internet service was horrible even with the highest package. They had 1 bartenders at the Adults only Area H2O during the day. We had to wait 45 minutes for a drink each time. Food was awful worst I ever had on a cruise.

Horrible food, worst buffet (lots of Indian food, gray hamburgers) had to send meals back in the dinning room several times.

Onboard Activities

Only 1 actual pool & it is 6ft 8 inches deep. Always crowded, a very small pool available between the waterside & splash park for kids. The H2O Adult area had a wadding pool only about 1 foot deep that was so crowded you couldn't find a spot to sit. In order to use the sauna & steam room on the ship you had to pay a weekly spa fee over $200.

Entertainment

The 2 major shows were good but required reservations that filled super fast. The comedian was horrible, we actually left the performance along with many others. The band by the pool was a Spanish band & played all Spanish music no Caribbean tunes on a Caribbean Cruise.
