Review summary

RE: CASINO...The reason the casino experience was horrid was a slot machine burst opened in the middle of playing and smashed my right knee. It was too heavy for me to move it so the female pit boss ran over and removed it for me. Then quick as a flash SHE was replaced as was the female dealer sitting across from me that saw the accident happen...FUNNY how she was immediately replace by a man, isn't it? From then on, casino workers breathed down me neck while I played at another machine! And Paul the Manager? IDK how he got his job because he does not possess any people skills at all... That's alright, I'll vote with my wallet next cruise...Don't complain about future cruises on NCL Getaway as YOU have been warned!

The waitstaff in the MDRs were very nice. The cocktails were tasty. Cagney's is much ado about nothing! The food and people at Moderno are so good that you do NOT need Cagney's Steakhouse. You can eat steak @ Moderno! NOTHING NOT A THING WAS HOT @ THE BUFFET by the time you arrived at 100's of available seats as the ship had less than 1500 pax

Ms Fox was a triumph, again! Anna and Dennis were a phenomenal duo!!! These three folks were EXCELLENT. Didn't find the comedians too funny and that is very unusual for me; but they weren't horrible either

Listen, I want to big up everyone we encountered and IF I didn't have to include the odious casino staff I would have checked Excellent; but alas, the casino staff was beyond disappointing.

I am a bit confused....You didn't get off at any of the ports? Why choose this itinerary if u dislike the ports so much. Why didn't it port at the private island?

what are you suggesting with the removal of the female pit boss? Glad you enjoyed MDR ... I'm going on Joy tomorrow and we want to eat the first night in the Manhattan room... thanks for the review
