Review summary

I like Norwegian way more than I like the Royal Caribbean cruise I took last. The food was so much better and the layout of the ship was nice too.

So glad you enjoyed your cruise. We have never cruised Norwegian but have cruised on several other lines, at this point I have to say we do prefer RCCL. It’s funny in reading so many reviews on here everyone has their own opinions and reasons why they prefer certain cruise lines. We we want just a quiet relaxing cruise we like Holland America and we are doing one of those in about 40 days.

I cruised NCL Getaway twice after 2 RCCL cruises, and before that, 5 Carnival cruises. We liked NCL WAY better than RCCL! The food, and choices we EXCELLENT! And Freestyle Cruising is the best! With that said, we did return to Carnival because their slogan is oh so true.....the Fun Ships. We found far more entertainment and music on Carnival to be better. But that is just our opinion, and we are experienced cruisers. I have 3 Carnival cruises coming up soon. But if I had to choose between NCL and RCCL, I’d choose NCL in a heart beat.
