Review summary

This was our first cruise and it was amazing except for cruise staff being very rude and unprofessional! Very disappointed with Norwegian. We are cruising next year and decided to go on carnival. I would never sail on Norwegian again.

Decent, specialty dining was hard to get a reservation for. And the main dining room (the Tropicana) was booked out the entire cruise and we were never able to get a reservation.

Staff were rude on most activities so by the end of the cruise we didn’t even bother anymore

We went to cirque dreams and steam and it was very entertaining! Burn the floor was great! Comedy shows and the magician were all great!

Main Dining Rooms are NOT BOOKED where you cant get in They may have a wait occasionally but they will NEVER turn you away Also they DO NOT take reservations in the MDR! This isnt Carnival or Royal Caribbean where you are told when you eat and where you eat. Sounds to me like you are looking for a handout or something Norwegian Cruise Line is definitely not for you Your reviews on everything was so vague like a line bashing Maybe a different cruise line or a staycation next time

HOW was the staff rude? Please give examples. When a person gives a vague statement like this, it’s difficult to believe it.

And for an example.... waiters just walking away when only my husband had ordered at dinner, I overheard staff at the pool making fun of passengers! Ect ect ect

I went on the getaway 2 yrs ago and some of the staff was rude also hope not that way again since we are going on that ship feburary 7th

When you make the blanket statement that all staff are rude, your argument loses substance. It’s highly unlikely that all approximately 1250 crew members were rude. We were on that ship last year, and we found the staff extremely polite, without exception One or two rude people is possible, but I doubt EVERY staff member. Provide actual examples.
