As we were not on a drink package, the drinks were expensive. Service in the main restaurants could be better.

No golf nets, I thought all cruise ships had them.

We enjoyed dueling pianos and the magician. Others were as you would expect on a cruise ship. Queuing was expected to get to most shows, but I don't want to mark low just for that, otherwise it would be 1 star.

Never saw our room steward, but always tidy. Staff were generally great. Customer service don't listen.

I informed customer service that we had a 10.25 flight but the earliest time they would let us leave was 8 15. But it takes an hour in line to get off. Then we need to find our luggage. We managed our flight, but due to how good Southampton airport was and nothing to do with NCL

Yes, book shows and certain restaurants in advance - that what the cruise website suggests. A little preparation goes a long way.

Never book a return flight before noon.too much of a risk. Didn't you sign up for the Free at Sea drink package?

Every travel agent and the cruise lines themselves tell you not to schedule your flight earlier than 4 to 6 hours after port arrival. As for drinks, do your research and figure out the best option for your desired level of drinking. Last, you should expect lines/queues on a ship this size. No surprise there. Do your research and be informed.
