Review summary

3rd time on Norwegian and last time . Just don’t get that warm and fuzzy feeling I get on other cruise lines. Lack of customer service Up charge for everything Never see crew interact with guests . No lobster dinners Guest services don’t care Food only good in specialty Night life just ok Casino lacking incentives Bingo / deal or no deal very expensive Comedy is always sold out Cabins smallish side More guests complaining than enjoying from what I saw Ports ok but nothing special except for Belize. Would have been nice to have bbq on ship No out door grill- burgers and hotdogs made inside and tasteless and burnt Drinks were good and plentiful Water should be on beverage package, only cruise line that you have to pay extra for a bottle of water when you have a drink pay All in all Norwegian should take notes from celebrity or carnival on how to make their guests feel welcome.

Long lines, very slow Everyone was latitudes ( one cruise with Norwegian and you are latitudes). They make it sound like you get faster service- not the case

Food and Dining

Buffets were terrible for lunch-same food all week. - boring . Salads had dressing from a kraft bottle . Breakfast lune ups long for an omelette . Oatmeal was lumpy Main dining room was nothing to write home about. Celebrity and carnival much much better food in main dining room. The specialty were awesome but you have to pay upcharge. Expensive cruise to now add more$$$ for food. Sushi restaurant was fantastic but it cost us 120$ for four of us to go Service was just ok, wait staff not that friendly. Lots of work figuring out times to eat . I like set times that are on other ship lines for dinner

Excellent food - buffet was so amazing/ lots of fresh food and choices. Main food was tasty and high end. 25$ a person extra plus 20 percent grattoygratuity

Activities were ok Not as much happening as on other ship lines

Burn the floor -boring and long Million dollar quartet- awesome and professional- I saw it twice as loved it and no different show to see the next night.

Service and Staff

Found staff not friendly and could care less about guests Customer service at guest services were rude and unhelpful Had issues with ap and they really did not care. No compensation for anything that went wrong. Our bag was at the end of hall, we had to go find it our selves . Did not find bag for 5 hrs. They taxed us for drinks even when I asked bartender if it was fat enough at sea . Front desk did not care- oh well Ship

Balcony was so tiny. Had ledge under it, so not a great view Cupboard is small And wedges along couch, so hard to get at Not a lot of space for storage Location good as right at elevators at aft

I won’t go on another Norwegian Lacks a lot of good customer service that I am use to Not relaxing as you have to always figure out shows and dining Bingo is expensive Casino had no incentives Casino did not pay out. Drink package is great Specialty restaurants good but prepared to pay extra Only 2 shows for entertainment that are complimentary- very long almost 2 hours Comedy good but you need to book in advance Atrium has shows but small area, so not a lot can see it. Honestly I would pick carnival or celebrity anytime over Norwegian

Can't please everyone all the time... but 😲 NCL is a great line... and you chose the ports when you bought the ticket...

Been on several norwegian ships an never had any problems we love it always had good food ,shows ,lots to do ...I do wish the water was included in drink pkg but no big deal I just take a big cup to fill

Hey mitchmel do you work for Carnival. We will only cruise with NCL. Some of your comments are out in left field. Hey each there own and it was your choice to cruise with them.
