Nice with some hiccups along the way. Ship and crew do their best but seating a customer who has paid 30 dollars to see a dinner show behind a large pole where it was hard to see is inexcusable. The food and wait staff was excellent. Room was small but OK. Disembarkation was a problem.
Embarkation

Got there a little later than usual due to airlines. Got right on and room was ready. Cabin stewart met us and was very helpful as TV would not work at first.

Food and Dining

If you want a shrimp cocktail at dinner at the complementary restaurants each night you have to preorder it. We went to Matre D the first night and he set it up for each night using our room number. Just had to tell the waiter each night that we had preordered it and give them our room number and we got it complimentary. Food was excellent. Tropicana has entertainment each night and was too noisy for us. For Cirque and Steam we bought floor seats but got there a little late and got seated behind a pole. Could not see the whole show due to the pole. There are good seats available but get there early.
Onboard Activities

We are too old for the real physical things but liked the hottubs. Jose with the line dancing classes is hilarious.
Entertainment

Million Dollar Quartet was great. Other performers were good. Lounge shows just average to poor bases on other cruises weve taken.
Service and Staff

Very friendly, efficient, and helpful. As good as any of the 20 cruises we have been on.
Ship Quality

Very clean. Nice outside areas. No glass elevators. Shops average.
Cabin / Stateroom

Small but comfortable. Only about 9 inches on both sides of bed to the wall. Hard to get in and out of bed for old people. No drawers only open spaces. Didn't like sliding doors on the closet. Bathroom was larger than usual and quite comfortable, but mirror was too low for my 6 ft frame. Had to bend down to comb my hair. There were other mirrors outside the bathroom, though.
Ship tip
Make your dining reservations before you get onboard.
As a lattitudes GOLD member we had priority disembarkation. It didn't work that way. We had a flight out of Miami at 11:10am. We had 2 choices. Roll our suitcases off the ship ourselves or get a yellow luggage tag and have them get it off the ship for us at 8 am. We mistakingly chose the latter. We went off with the people pushing their own bags but the bags were not down there at 8am. They got there about 9am and we were forced to stand in another room until NCL gave us clearance to go get them which happened about 9:15am. We did make our flight but just barely. Don't believe what NCL tells you about priority disembarkation. If you have an early flight push your bags off yourself.
