Review summary

Large ship, too many people.however We were able to find quiet spot in an adult only area. Swimming pool way to small and crowded for the number of passengers.

Ship has secluded pay areas which were not offered to us pre cruise and we were unable to book once on board as there was no capacity.

Staff were excellent

Speciality dining was excellent.

Noisy cabin, rattle in wall, had to change cabins, but new cabin also had rattle which disturbed us at night. Did not bother requesting another change. Found cabin smaller then those on our previous cruises

Ship tip

Preferred eating in smaller dining areas as main dining was crowded. Food in main dining was good.

We went on the epic and yes the pools were way too crowded so we bought the thermal spa access in board $200 each ouch !! But used it all the time . It was a lifesaver if you want some peace

Diva dun, I'm going in September and I purchased the "Thermal Suite Pass" $179 for the whole week. You will find it at myncl.com under The Spa. I purchased my cruise "solo cabin" and the spa pass online by myself, I did not use a travel planner. No one under 18 allowed in the thermal spa area. Go to myncl.com and you will see the areas that are adult only and have an additional charge.

Large ship always have more passengers. I agree with your point about the pools being too small. Wish cruise lines could do something about that. I hope that your next cruise meets your expectations.
