Full price.   You can see sample food menus on ncl website, they usually have some drinks and prices.  As for a full bar menu, you can search on line(many people post pictures), but there’s no saying it is current.

Then you pay the difference in price, plus the tax and gratuity.  If it’s a $17 drink, you pay $2 and change. The bar menus are at each bar, of which there are several.

if you order a drink that is$17, first the bartender should tell you, and then$2 will be charged to your room account
