Not really, but you would need a key card to enter that area. Only room cards in that area open the main door access to the lounge. Or you would have to follow someone in to let you in. There is no one there at all. No bartender either. Wine dispenser machine and variety of yogurts, fruit, waters, OJ and cookies on display. Very much self serve. I thought it would be more active and a good hang out area. Not so. Better of at the regular bars around the ship. Most people would just grab food & go
