On NCL ships there are no “formal nights”. Dress up when you want. Don’t when you don’t want. Gotta love Freestyle cruising.

Non official formal night. Usually 2nd night. Check itinerary- itll say something like dress to impress and photographers are all around to take photos with various backdrops and on stairs near le bistro restaurant. That will be your “formal night”.
