There's hardly ever any wait at the Ice Bar at least not whenever we've gone. It's first come; first served.

you can make reservations once you are on board. we made reservations in the early afternoon for later that evening. it was crowded when we went in.

There is never a queue for the ice bar. You'll be ok to just turn up.
