Taste Restaurant on Norwegian Getaway

Food was not good. Service was not good. Brought out my dish and gave to the table next to us. When I had specifically ordered with no sweet potatoes. Waiter said, "oh I will just bring you a bowl of mashed potatoes." No. I think sweet potatoes are nasty so I don't want all my other food laying in them either. We avoided this restaurant rest of trip.

If you read reviews stating to go there to have breakfast or something different.....all they do is take your order and have it brought down from the garden cafe. It’s nice to do if you want to wait for your food (half hour or longer) in a nicer restaurant setting, but if you are led to believe it is better or different food than at the buffet, it is not. They bring it down into the servers vestibule with a food cover over it, the waitress/waiter removes the food cover and sets it on a tray for delivery to your table. (We were seated where we could watch them). The staff in the restaurant was very nice. The restaurant was very loud, no different than the buffet in noise level.

Great place to have breakfast and dinner. Staff were really nice and the food was good.

we had breakfast here one morning and the service was not great. we waited a long time for the server and then a long time for the food.
