food was good... but I was just a little disappointed in the chicken cacciatore; my daughter's meal was outstanding

Crew were very attentive to us... love the fact that they knew us by first name... then again... the ship's capacity was about 50% of the usual number of passengers

We bid and were accepted for a Haven cabin.. OMG.. what a treat. We could certainly get used to all the pampering!!

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

a little disappointed that some of the shops at the dockyard were closed or gone... we did, however, enjoy the Bermuda Triangle excursion - good history lesson and outstanding view of the sun setting

Thanks for your review! We will be on Gem in April when she makes her way to Rome. Last time we cruised on Gem was in 2010 and really enjoyed that cruise! Looking forward to seeing the upgrades done in 2015. 😁
