This was our first cruise and everyone was so friendly and courteous to us. The food was amazing and the entertainment was awesome!!! There was a lot to do everyday including time to lay by the pool. We are already plan our next cruise!!! BEST TIME EVER

Jacobus DeBeer went above and beyond to help us with all of our photo needs. Shan in the Spinnaker Lounge was the best server we had. Our Cabin Steward Eugene Rodriquez was very friendly and made conversation with us all the time. He did a great job cleaning our room. Reema & Kat in the spa gave us amazing massages!!!

The Gem was extremely clean. We saw servers and other crew members picking up cups, plates and trash on the decks or floors all the time. Not once did they just walk by.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Had plenty of storage and the balcony was great!!!
Ship tip
Have lots of fun!!! Go and see all of the shows! Get down early by the pool to claim your chairs. Definitely get a massage at the spa.
