Review summary

Room was nice , drink package was worthwhile. Very disappointing and feel we were deceived about the stop at their private island and they refused to do anything about it.

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas

They never stopp and they never turkey planned to. Friend took same cruise in April and they also didn’t stop , I feel it’s false advertising. Several other people have also said they didn’t stop when on same cruise. Refused to allow us to use 50 credit for anything else on trip like dinner or internet .

Long lines for disembarkation? What time was it? I usually don’t bother trying and just have breakfast then get off later.

Curious as to how you were deceived.. The language of your cruise contact is very clear that the Captain or NCL reserves the right to skip any spot or rearrange the itinerary... I know it can be disappointing but if you are going on a cruise and have your heart set on a specific port, you probably should go to that destination on your own, not on a cruise.

Yes, you caught them!!! NCL is notorious for skipping GSC just to screw with passengers. They especially like to mess with those who cruise during hurricane season at the height of the bad seas and weather. But lucky you're smarter than NCL and had Trip Insurance that will pay you for that missed port / excursion.
