You reminded me of an issue we had once with a mattress on the Gem. It wasn't our mattress but the couple we were traveling with felt their mattress was sagging. That was when we arrived the first day at around 3:00pm when we went to our rooms. I told them to tell the guy that makes up the room. While the were getting ready for dinner at around 7:00pm maintenance showed up with a brand new mattress.
