Review summary

I enjoyed the time on the islands the most on this trip. The days at sea saw the pool too congested and crowded. Was disappointed with food quality and the cost of alcohol. The activities on the ship were excellent. The kids club and the gym were also excellent.

Embarkation

The embarkation agent was rude and disrespectful. It took us 40 minutes to get through and made us miss the lunch. Our kids had to wait another 2 hours to eat after a 4 hour car ride.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Specialty restaurants were excellent, such as Brazilian and Hibachi. Majenta was much better for food and service than Grand Pacific. Steak at Grand Pacific looked and tasted like it was microwaved out of a box. The worst restaurant on the ship by far was the Chinese Restaurant. Food was absolutely terrible. The food had no taste and was worse than a microwave meal. Alcohol as a whole was grossly overpriced, starting with the $7.00 beer, not including a mandatory 20% tip.
