Review summary

I love NCL. Two years ago the ship was reburbudhed so we were looking forward to going on it again since last time we loved it! Was not impressed with what was reburbushed. Guess I set my standard to high fir NCL but still had a great time

Embarkation was fast and uneventful. Everything went smooth !

Food and Dining

The quality of food seems to be lower than two years ago on the Gem. I complained and all I got was sorry. As a repeat customer I didn't find that adequate!

Onboard Activities

Lots to do in board as usual. Pools were crowded but it's expected somewhat .

Entertainment

Shows and most of the musicians were great. Some entertainers were not as talented as others to be put it nice . I feel from two years ago this somewhat has gone down also. I gave 4 stars because Groove International was fantastic ! Too bad their contract is up

All of the staff was on point with their jobs.

Ship Quality

There was slot of garbage left around that ship. It seems the job descriptions might have changed in some areas. Two years ago one seemed to do various jobs this year they seemed to be more "concentrated" on one task

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was comfy fir two. Julius was wonderful! But I missed seeing the natural light. Next time back to balcony!
