Review summary

An amazing time, missing every moment of it. My girlfriend loved it. We are planning our next cruise right now. The food was good, entertainment really good but the staff and service was excellent. They made you feel like a king.

I've been in the Gem twice in the past year and they were great. Staff is amazing. Everyone is fully engaged and their primary concern is you. Wait staff and bartenders were amazing and entertaining. Cabin steward attentive and congenial. "Washie-washie were great. Casino staff can't be beat. They know your name and genuinely interact with you. We're on the Breakaway in Oct. just hope it's half as good. The Gem is a gem
