Review summary

Best part of this trip is the 7 and 9 pm show.

Will NOT recommend anyone any more.

Cruise front desk is very un-helpful, also DEEPA at the restaurant RSVP desk is

very un-friendly , very rude ( I'm asking her question by looking at her, she didn't even bother to looking at us while her head is down by looking at her own computer) and giving the wrong information.

Due to weather changed , locations got changed. no one know where was the updated location, C/S keep on give me no rooms, I end up have to do the run around with 5 kids. Sooo dis-pointed.

I agree about customer service on the gem.. they were horrible and confused. They seemed like they were annoyed when they had to help you. I complained to ncl about having to keep coming back to the desk every day as I was told and spending too much time of my vacation on customer service line and they gave me $100 onboard credit for my next cruise. It took 3 months to get. The gem itself was great and besides customer service the staff was amazing! Thomas and geo the bartenders were truly the light of my vacation and made it super memorable. I would definitely do the gem again!

Gem has priced us out. We went to carnival. Carnival has more entertainment too

Sorry to hear this, we had a great time in July but guest services on the Gem was not helpful at all, they acted like you were bothering them. We took the Breakaway last year and guest services was great, what a difference.
