Review summary

We had a wonderful family trip. I think the crew could have kept the pool areas a little cleaner. Service in dining rooms was excellent. Food was good but did have better on previous NCL cruises.

ship needs to be updated. It was fine but slightly run down, especially pools.

Bed skirt was dirty. Mirrors were not cleaned very well and very streaky. Toilet seat cracked. Sheets and towels were great!
