Review summary

Paid $149 per person (4 people) to go to Universal Studios. By the time the ship docked in Port Canaveral and we got on the bus to Universal we arrived there about 1:45 p.m. We had to be back on the bus by 8. The lines were long, we were able to get on 5 or 6 attractions at the most. To ask people to pay $149 per person for this excursion was outrageous. You live and learn and we will never do that again. 1/2 that price would have been adequate.

both dining rooms had the same menu each evening. waiter service was not good in the grand pacific. failed to take a drink order, when he did, he ignored my daughter and her friend and when he returned we had to remind him to take their drink order. My husband did not get his icetea until 1/2 way through the meal. we were rushed in and rushed out of each of the dining rooms

Cabin stewart was pleasant, waiters/waitresses were ordinary. I have been on 3 royal carribbean cruises, the cabin stewarts and waiters/waitresses were your friends by the time you left. Not the case on Norwegian

Ship Quality

seems a little weathered for only being 6 years old. The furniture is very tacky. there was rust on our balcony.
