We were extremely impressed with the ship. There was constant cleaning, constant respect. We were very happy.

You had alot to do....but sometimes just too far to walk!!! To end a long day, it's a must to go to the piano bar and watch Randy play! He was great, funny and appreciative of his guests.

I was on the 10th floor. We had "Joseph". Perfect gentleman, always there for us.

Not enough instruction. We didn't even have a bottle of water with us, so we were very unprepared. We turned back to the boat. We were very disappointed we did not stay on the beach.

Pros: The food, the staff, the shopping

Cons: Florida. More information should of been given about the beach. We didn't even have a bottle of water with us. Big mistake!
