With all the people getting on this cruise and needing a wheelchair, it went faster than expected.

No real complaints about the food. Service was a bit off in the main dining rooms of Savor and Taste. Several times the salt and pepper was out and they brought new shakers and grinder and those were out too. Food was OK but nothing to WOW me. We preferred the service and atmosphere of the Manhattan Room.

Our room steward was outstanding. No real complaints on the other personnel. Felt a bit understaffed in the bars with the holiday crowd.

Ship Quality

Cleanliness was find. I did miss the big wide open atrium area. Didn't get that "wow" feeling when you walk on an can see a wide open space with glass elevators and a view of multiple decks. Everything felt squished and comparmentalised.

Cabin 11838. Cabin steward was great. Had better beds in 2020 on a different ship. Pillows left alot to be desired. First time asking for a mattress topper after 8 other cruises.

They cancelled this port due to sea condition. Heard they had not ported in the 3 previous week either.

Disembarkation

Very chaotic. Couldn't find my luggage. Porters tried to help in that area. Other terminal personnel not so helpful. Wanted me to go check each colored luggage area. Nope! I filled out a lost luggage report. Turns out a man from Hawaii picked up my bag by accident. He was nice enough to return via Fedex.
