The food in the buffet was always good. We did 2 specialty dining La Cucina which was really good and Moderno, I didn’t like it my food was barely warm. My husband said his was fine.

I’m giving this 4 stars only because of a few hiccups. Day 1 I do a deep clean of our room (which I always do on any cruise or hotel we stay in) but as soon as we got to the room the bathroom smelled of urine really bad. I didn’t complained because like I said I do a deep clean anyway. We also experienced a few bartenders not coming to take our orders because the conversation they were having was more important. Not a problem at all, but when they saw us tipping there co-workers then they want to come and check on us when they saw our glasses were almost empty. My response was “that’s ok I’ll wait for the one who made my drink the first time”. Other than that everyone else we encountered was very pleasant and helpful.

After I cleaned it we had no problems. We even received the memory foam for the mattress that we asked for. Our room steward Michael did the best that he could with being understaffed.

Disembarkation is only horrible because people kept walking up to the front of the line because they had family holding a spot for them. My question was to one of them. Why can’t everyone in your group find a meeting place where everyone meets up and then proceed to get in line. It’s very rude for 6 people to walk up in front of the line while others have been waiting. Let’s just say they weren’t happy with me saying that.
So so so TRUE about bartenders on ships. Always just find a few in a few places on the ship, and keep going back. I've actually said the same thing you said to the NEW bartender one time...
