We were on that sailing and noticed embarkation was especially disorganized that day. I saw lots of workers holding signs for the Haven but they didn't seem to know where to direct the Haven guests when approached. Same as those looking for the line reserved for higher ranking Latitudes members. I think my family needs a break from NCL, but if we do ever come back, we will definitely try The Haven. It sounds more luxurious, like old school cruising used to be.
