Enjoyed all the food. Buffet had good selections - only ate there for a couple of breakfasts. Dining room was good - service was awesome. There were a couple of items that were not to my liking but that would/could happen at any restaurant I ate at consistently for a weeks time. Cagney’s was impressive! Filet mignon was super tasty - highly recommend! Le Bistro was also enjoyable - had the filet here as well and to be honest it was better at Cagney’s.
Onboard Activities

Enjoyed H2O. Trivias were good. Deal or No Deal was fun. You could keep yourself busy all day if you wanted to.
Entertainment

I thought the entertainment on board was fabulous. Choir of Man was outstanding. Howl at the Moon was super entertaining and Syd Normans at the Pour House was soo good. Only complaint is the size of the Pour House for such a good show. We got there over an hour before performance time and still had to stand for the whole thing. I have seen complaints about the entertainment and I really do not understand them at all. 🤷♀️

Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Our room steward was awesome. Our waiter in Le Bistro was so good. No complaints here at all

Seemed smaller than last balcony cabin we had on another cruise line but it was sufficient
Ship tip
Make sure to book your entertainment as soon as you get in the ship! If unable to do so - use the standby line. As Jack the cruise director said many times - they really do work.
Did self embark and the long line moved along very well. Took 20 minutes and we were off the ship. My only complaint is people! Lol. All the announcements about please do not start lining up until you are asked to do so meant nothing to alot of people. 🤦♀️
Glad you enjoyed the Escape, we also absolutely loved our cruise on this ship in October last year and I’ve been really dismayed/confused about some of the awful reviews recently.
