Our room steward Mark was excellent, our room was always refreshed at least twice each day. He always made sure our bed was made and fresh linens and towels multiple times a day. Each night our bed was always turned down with a cute little towel animal. Wish I could bring Mark home with Us. The wait staff and bartenders were also amazing, no matter what Restaurant or Bar we would go to, the wait staff would recognize us and call us by name and would always greet us with a smile.

We weren't in our room much, but when we were, it was perfect, Love the Balcony! Our mattress was a little worn and needs replaced but overall not bad.
Ship tip
Get ready to have a Great time! And eat and drink alot.
Our Favorite Port, had a private Island tour, stopped at some beautiful areas for great pictures, visited downtown Chocolate Factory and ended at a Private Beach Resort. The water was beautiful, could see my toes the entire time.
We enjoyed Norwegians private island, but didnt agree with having to pay for our food and drinks all day, it should be included in your cruise fare. The zip lines were not operating along with other things that were advertised, but once they get it completed, it will be very nice.
Regarding your comments about Harvest Caye, please understand this was a requirement of the Belize government. In order for NCL to construct the island, they had to agree that all food / drink must be purchased and worked must be from Belize (not NCL employees).
