Norwegian Escape

7 Night Bermuda (New York Roundtrip)

Sail date: June 16, 2019

Ship: Norwegian Escape

Cabin type: Balcony

Traveled as: Large Group

Review summary

The ship is nice and the rooms are as well. The thing that I hated was that everyday on the cruise you had to either go to bed by 8-10 every night or go to deck 7 to gamble or dance. Most of the staff members are not helpful and they give you wrong directions and they are not friendly. This has been the worst cruise I’ve been on.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
I didn’t eat at any specialty dining but the rest of the food was pretty bland.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
Everything was closed by ten. Even ping pong. Me and the rest of my family were extremely disappointed

Entertainment

2 out of 5
None of the shows really impressed me

Children's Programs

Didn’t attend any

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
The Taste has the best service on the cruise but the rest have no knowledge of the ship as they sent us to wrong location many times and most are not friendly

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
I will say this is the one part that Norwegian got right

Cabin / Stateroom

It was actually a nice room. Decent size and clean.

Ship tip

It’s expensive onboard and they nickel and dime you.
