Review summary

Can't wait to plan our next Cruise!! We had so much fun! Gained a few pounds but so worth it!!

Embarkation

Easy peasy!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was excellent and drinks plentiful! Only advice I would give is to avoid the buffet on 16th floor when you first board! There were so many people! Go to Savor or taste and relax and enjoy your first meal on board! We did eat the buffet a lot after that and everything was delicious!

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
Our son had problems with there planned activities and we ended up having to get him everytime! He did do good in the free play time slots. Wish they would have had more of that! Just know if your child has any kind of high energy you will most likely have to wear a buzzer and it will go off!! I think only the best bebaved children do good in the turtles program. As a reference our son is 3.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Excellent! Nothing more needed to say!!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship is easy to navigate and very clean!!

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The cabin was what we were expecting and cleaned everyday at our convenience! Jorge was a great Stewart!

Ship tip

Skip the buffet for your 1st lunch especially if you have children! Choose another venue instead. Savor or Taste both have great food and service!

Ports of call

New York, New York

All we did was embark and disembark here!

Port Canaveral, Florida

1 out of 5
There is nothing to do here within walking distance! A good port to enjoy the ship with some people leaving you can get a pool side spot!

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas

5 out of 5
Love, Love, Love...Great port!! Wish we had 2 days here instead of Florida!

Nassau, Bahamas

4 out of 5
We had fun! The locals were not pushy. If you are polite to them they are polite back! We walked to British colonial resort and had a great beach day!

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
Awful...Took us 2.5 hours standing in line with a tired 3 year old! Only bad part! My advice woukd be to get the earliest ticket you can and still enjoy one last breakfast on board!

Whenever there is something unexpected happening in the terminal it always disrupts debarkation. Last time I came through the Manhatten terminal there was a water main break and it delayed our debarkation for hours....and then we were rerouted out of the terminal on a VERY long hike out. That was in the month of March I believe...few years back.

The Debarkation was awful. I was told it’s not usually ever like that!
