I have cruised 3 other NCL ships and never had these problems.

Food and service in Carney’s and Bayamo Restaurants were poor. Food in Main dining rooms was very good, but service was poor.

Many activities in Atrium were over crowded leaving no place to sit or see what was happening even on large screen.

After Midnight was excellent. Brat Pack was x-rated for over 18 only and even then was offensive and music was loud and not familiar songs as advertised. Chorus of Man was good, but again was not familiar songs as advertised. Howling at the Moon was excellent, but chairs were too uncomfortable to sit thru show, and area was packed with not even standing room available if late arriving. Would have liked more shows in main theater.

Staff were friendly, but not enough staff. Had to wait for service and were never offered extras like coffee with dessert and refills of water during meals unless requested. Room steward was attentive, but no extras.

Design did not leave enough room to get suitcases between beds and desk. NEED DRAWERS. Loved bathroom, but did not have special shower with extra jets as advertised.
Ship tip
Take packing cubes or folding baskets because there are no drawers to organize belongings on shelves.
Waited over an hour in line to board Hop On, Hop Off bus. They refused to allow buses to depart quicker than the 20-30 minutes interval. If we had known this, we could have done something else and arrived later. There were no places to sit while waiting.
I just got back was on the 12th floor mini suite was great and had extra large shower. Also Cagney’s was my favorite restaurant best food out of all. People were all so friendly....workers on ship not the rude foreigners sad to say. Bermuda was great and loved the beaches. Also did the spa package as well.. overall a fantastic vacation can’t wait to go again
I agree that the atrium gets overcrowded especially during games like deal or no deal. I also thought Cagneys was just ok. We had a balcony room which we loved but I didn’t like having to squeeze between the bed and the closet to lay down or to get into the closet.
How can you complain about drawers Keep your stuff in your suitcase it's still a hotel no one ever cleans inside of drawers and music loud and unfamiliar sounds like it's too young of a ship for you
Not sure what category cabin you had, but we had a balcony room and it did have drawers. I do agree with the crowd in the atrium but other than that, Everything about the Escape was amazing!!
